教育经历

朱群益(1962- ),男,江苏南通人。1979年进入哈尔滨工业大学热能工程专业学习,相继完成了学士、硕士、博士学位的学习。1986年留校任教,1993年晋升为副教授,1999年晋升为教授,2006年被增选为博士生指导教师。

研究领域

旋流煤粉燃烧技术研究、W火焰燃烧技术研究、气固两相流动研究

在硕士研究生学习期间,师从陈崇枢、杨明新教授,从事锅炉炉内水循环研究;在博士研究生学习期间,在导师秦裕琨教授指导下,从事煤粉燃烧特性及浓淡煤粉燃烧技术的应用研究,与同事们一起开发了拥有自主知识产权的高效、稳燃、低污染、防结渣、防高温腐蚀的煤粉燃烧技术,提出了风包粉煤粉燃烧原理。  

     2004年在加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学访问学习期间,从事新型喷动床流动特性实验研究,该装置被广泛应用于烟气净化、燃料气化等领域。

10年来,作为主要研究人员,先后开辟了W火焰锅炉高效低氮氧化物燃烧技术、中心给粉旋流煤粉燃烧技术、煤气化三个科研方向;“十一五”期间参与了国家“863”课题三项、国家支撑计划课题一项。上述研究成果“多次分级中心给粉旋流煤粉高效低氮氧化物燃烧技术”获2014年度黑龙江省技术发明一等奖;“风控浓淡煤粉燃烧技术”获2000年度国家发明二等奖。

    目前主要在以下三个领域展开研究:

1、W型火焰锅炉多次引射分级原理及技术的研究
   
研究W型火焰锅炉炉内单相、气固两相流动、燃烧及NOx生成特性, 开发具有自主知识产权的W型火焰锅炉低NOx燃烧技术,目前已形成了W火焰锅炉风包粉高效低氮氧化物燃烧技术。该技术已在4台引进国外技术的300MW660MW机组上获得了应用。提出了W火焰锅炉多次引射分级组织原理及技术,已被哈尔滨锅炉厂用于2600MW、世界首台350 MW超临界机组锅炉设计,其中2600MW超临界机组锅炉已投运,取得较好的运行性能。
2、低污染煤粉燃烧技术研究
   
针对我国动力燃煤特点,开发了中心给粉旋流煤粉燃烧技术。研究旋流燃烧器出口区域,不同粒径的煤粉及空气的轴向、切向、径向速度分布、中心回流区尺寸及位置、颗粒浓度分布、相间速度滑移等流动特性,及中心给粉旋流煤粉燃烧技术的燃烧特性。

    将中心给粉旋流煤粉燃烧技术与OFA等技术相结合,实现采用旋流煤粉燃烧方式锅炉的低NOx燃烧。该技术已在32台引进国外技术的300MW600MW机组上获得了应用。上海锅炉厂开始推广这一技术。
