先进动力技术研究所

哈尔滨工业大学先进动力技术研究所其前身是成立于1998年的哈工大动力工程控制与仿真研究所。研究所现有教师16名,其中教授3名(博士生导师3名),副教授7名。

主要研究领域:航空、宇航和民用动力相关的控制、建模、实验技术和相关的基础理论与应用研究。近期主要研究课题包括等离子体推进器理论和实验研究、涡轮发动机控制与仿真、冲压发动机控制、发电厂及电力系统控制和数据挖掘技术及应用、大型旋转机械非线性振动、旋转机械故障诊断人工智能技术、电磁轴承转子系统设计和流固耦合振动问题等。实验室建有汽轮机组轴系模拟试验台、超临界汽轮发电机组转子轴承系统试验台、自动平衡试验台、全尺寸航空发动机实验台、高速滚动轴承实验台及振动测试系统,等离子发动机大型真空实验系统,发动机控制系统半实物仿真台。

    近十年来,研究所共完成国家“十一五”、“十二五”重点攻关项目、863项目及国防预研项目和自然科学基金项目40余项,获国家级奖励1项,省部级奖励6项,申请专利40项。国内首次研制出汽轮发电机组状态监测故障诊断系统,现有50套系统应用于二十个电厂、化工厂及航空发动机试车台。在国内首次研制成功第二代等离子发动机样机,性能指标达到国际先进水平。

研究所近十年发表在国内外刊物的论文近300篇,其中被EI、SCI收录150余篇。

HIT Institute of Advanced Power (formerlyInstitute of Power Engineering Control and Simulation established in 1998) has 16 faculties, including 3 professors (3 of them are advisors of PhD student) and 7 associate professor.

    Primary research areas are control, modeling and experiment technology of aerospace and civil power related areas and their relative basic theory and application. Recently the main research topics include plasma thruster theory and experiment research, turbo control and simulation, ramjet control, power plant and power system control, data mining technology and its application, nonlinear vibration of large rotating machinery, artificial intelligence application on fault diagnosis of rotating machinery, design of active magnetic bearing rotor system, and fluid-structure interaction problems. We have gas turbine rotor shafts simulation experiment apparatus, supercritical turbine-generator rotor bearing systems experiment apparatus, auto balance experiment apparatus, full-scale aeroengine experiment apparatus, high speed rolling bearing experiment apparatus and vibration measurement system, large vacuum experiment system of plasma thruster and Hardware-In-The-Loop simulation platform of SPT control system.

In the past ten years, the research institute has totally completed more than 40 national " 115 " and "125" key research projects, 863 projects, the national defence research projects and natural science fund projects. 1 national-level reward, 6 provisional and ministerial level rewards and 40 patents were obtained.The state monitoring and fault diagnosis system for gas turbine sets has been developed for the first time in China and until now 35 sets of system are used in over 20 power plants, chemical plants and aeroengine test beds. We also developed the second generation of plasma thruster prototype for the first time inChina, whose performance index reaches the international advanced level.

The research institute has published nearly 300 papers in domestic and international publications in the past ten years, more than 150 of which are included by EI, SCI.
